The 1913 Pop-Up Program made its debut at Lucille’s as an initiative to help raise funds for Chef Chris' growing non-profit Lucille’s 1913, while also providing support for Houston's bar community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pop-up experience allows Houston-area bar teams to take over Lucille’s patio for a full evening of service, providing bartenders with a platform to create and sell their cocktails while bars are temporarily shutdown.

Every Thursday, the featured staff collects 100 percent of the sales and tips generated by their curated cocktails, with an additional $1 from each drink going to Lucille’s 1913. Now, we're expanding this mission to restaurant patios across Houston — raising more funds to give back to our own, while supporting the community at large. If your restaurant is interested in participating in our program, please contact us at info@lucilles1913.org

Reservations are required for The 1913 Pop-Up Program, which takes place at Lucille’s every Thursday from 6 to 10 pm. Live music by jazz ensemble Vanguard Entertainment Group begins at 7 pm.
